At Body Conscious our personal training sessions focus on Functional Fitness. Our aim is to meet your goals for fitness and movement and overall wellbeing and we develop a personalized program to help you know more about your body, how to move and exercise correctly and the exercises to efficiently achieve your fitness/movement goals. All our personal training sessions are 1 on 1 and we work across the spectrum of those who are ultra fit to those who have, for various reasons, minimal fitness levels. We take into account all your preferences – timing of workouts, place of work out (indoor with equipment or outdoors in the park), whether you want to learn to work out yourself or you prefer to have continued personal training. Our key aim is to help you know yourself more and to work out efficiently and effectively.
