Cancellation Policies:

• Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge.
• Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given

• Guests are required to Check-in before 14.00 hrs 
• Guests are required to Check-out before 12.00 hrs
  

Child Policies:

• Children up to 11 years may share their parents bed without extra charge
• Extra bed for children aged 11 years and above will be charged at 1,500.-

Room Occupancy:

• A maximum of 2 persons is included in Room Rate for our Studio Executive and One Bedroom Executive Accomodation (a maximum of 1 extra bed allowed)
• A maximum of 4 persons is included in Room Rate for our Two Bedroom Executive
  accomodation (a maximum of 2 extra beds allowed)
